About Us
The duties and functions of the Division of Infrastructure are as follows:
- Construction review, including preparation of plans and specifications, and providing for periodic and final inspection of construction projects in which the National Government has a direct interest
- Performing such other functions related to public works construction and maintenance as are within the purview of the National Government
- In coordination with the Department of Resource and Development, preparing for the National Government and coordinating for State Governments their Public Sector Investment Programs as related to physical infrastructure development in the FSM
- Facilitateing maintenance, including coordination and monitoring of all necessary maintenance of the FSM Capitol physical facilities, janitorial cleaning, and disposal services, ground landscaping and maintenance
